Security & compliance
No. Your knowledge-base content and conversations are used only to answer your customers' questions. They are never used to train foundation models or to serve another business.
Primary storage is in India, tenant-isolated at the database level and encrypted in transit and at rest. Sub-processor locations are listed in our DPDP/GDPR page.
We are built around the DPDP Act's requirements: consent-based analytics, deletion on request, breach notification commitments and a published grievance officer. A signed Data Processing Addendum is available for GDPR obligations.
Yes. Individual conversations can be deleted from the inbox, and full workspace deletion is available on request within 30 days.
