These Terms govern your access to and use of VaaniAPI. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
VaaniAPI provides an AI customer-support platform that answers questions using knowledge you upload. AI responses are generated from your content and may occasionally be incomplete; you are responsible for the accuracy of the content you provide and for reviewing how your AI agent represents your business.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- You must have the right to use any content you upload.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to upload unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, attempt to breach tenant isolation or security, or abuse the platform in a way that degrades it for others.
Plans & billing
Paid plans are billed in Indian Rupees at the rates shown on our pricing page. Trials convert to paid plans only if you choose to subscribe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Availability & changes
We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update features and these Terms; material changes will be communicated in advance where reasonable.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, VaaniAPI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
