The questions you
didn't know you had.
Every conversation is measured: what was asked, what got answered, what escalated and why. The result is a ranked list of the documents worth writing next - and proof that the last one worked.
See it in action
Everything below runs on your own verified content - uploaded once, answered everywhere, and cited back to the source so you can audit every reply.
What the numbers actually tell you.
Deflection rate
The share of conversations resolved without a person, tracked week over week.
Top questions
Clustered by meaning, not exact wording, so real volume is visible.
Knowledge gaps
High-volume questions your documents don't cover, ranked by how often they escalate.
Lead capture
Contacts collected during escalation, with the conversation that produced them.
Volume by hour
When your customers actually message - usually well outside your working day.
CSV export
Take conversations and question clusters out to a spreadsheet whenever you want.
Every unanswered question is a to-do list item
Each conversation is logged with what was asked, which passages were retrieved, how confident the answer was, and whether it ended in a resolution or an escalation. Those four facts are enough to tell you where your knowledge base is thin.
Questions get clustered by meaning rather than exact wording, so "where's my order", "order status?" and "has it shipped" count as one thing with real volume behind it. A cluster with high volume and low confidence is the single most valuable output here: it names the document you should write next. The knowledge-base guide covers how to write it.
Deflection rate - the share of conversations that ended without needing a person - is the number that maps to money. Tracked over time it shows whether the documents you added last month actually reduced the work landing on you.

What analytics will not do.
It measures support conversations well. It is not a product-analytics suite, and expecting one would set you up for disappointment.
Not web analytics
It measures conversations, not pageviews, funnels or traffic sources. Keep your existing analytics for that.
Not attribution
It shows a captured lead and the conversation behind it. It does not track that lead through to a closed sale - push it to your CRM over webhooks for that.
Not a BI tool
You get the dashboard views and CSV export. There is no custom query builder or warehouse sync - see [pricing](/pricing) for what each plan retains.

Answer, measure, close the gap.
It logs every conversation
Question, retrieved sources, confidence and outcome - captured automatically, no tagging.
Gaps surface themselves
Questions that came back empty get grouped and ranked by how often they cost you an escalation.
You write one document
Add the missing answer, and watch the deflection rate on that cluster move next week.
